I didnt start with pinhole phimosis - but I feel at a similar stage to you. I too can retract fully when flacid and look at the veiny willy!! Lol i actually find it really cool cos ive never bothered to look at it before. When erect I am almost there - but sometimes it may get caught. I really think that this will be sorted with a bit of lube :P
As for the pulling back when u go to sleep, sounds like a cool idea. I don't have a clue about the goose-pimple though!
Keep stretching and you will have a "normal" willy within a couple of weeks i reckon. Also do the foresking retractions after u wee as chimp suggests.
I would like to say thanks very much to the people on this site for helping me cure my tight foreskin! Even tho my mates laugh, im sure me and my gf will benefit from it!
