Firstly keep stretching and that tightness should go away. Also keep stretching for about six weeks after it gets to the stage when you are totally happy. Otherwise it can sometimes tighten up again.
I'm sure you are not retracting too far or it would hurt so that vein is totally normal. Your sexual partners are likely to be turned on by it though, not turned off.
The retracting all night seeems to work well for you but some guys report swelling of the foreskin if they do this and that can be dangerous, even sometimes causing paraphimosis. So I wouldn't recommend it for everyone.
The bumps are totally normal, just sebsceous glands and hair folicles that are more visible on your genitals because the skin is so thin and elastic down there.

>Hey I found out I had phimosis not so long ago and I started stretching my foreskin so that i could be normal :P I didnt find it hard to stretch it (after/during a bath) and soon I could retract it fully when flaccid, now.. the tricky bit... I can retract my penis when errect, But its not like natural and it doesnt seam to be quite big enough just yet.. thats not the problem though - When I retract the foreskin when flaccid its allmost like it comes to far down the penis and a vein starts kinda bulging.. its not the nicest image in the world but its kind of worrying could anyone offer advice on this? cheers :x
>Oh, One stretching method I found to work well was to stretch the foreskin in a shower/bath before you would go to bed, Leave the foreskin retracted and fall asleep, seeing as the average male gets about 10+ errections per night (One thing i learned in psychology classed) I figured I wouldnt really feel it and my body would do the stretching for me :x It worked quite well i think :D
