As an answer to: same prob as most ppl here.. Need help written by dante at 26 Oct 2004 12:38:51:

Hi,

Basically what you have is a tight ring of skin in your foreskin that the penis head cannot fit through, thus preventing retraction. I suffered the same problem myself but it is quite easily curable, with persistance.

I started by using a finger and thumb on both side of my foreskin and pulling the skin forward (away from me), to gain some extra length on the foreskin. Pull it forward and hold for a number of minutes. Do 3-5 reps of this.

The other and most important excercise; pull down on your foreskin until the ring is visible...you should see it as a slightly whiter ring now on the penis head. Take a hold of this ring by putting two fingers inside and stretching it outwards...do it side to side and hold, then top to bottom and hold...3 reps of each for a few minutes per rep. These excercise stretch the skin and you should start seeing improvements within 14 days.

Keep at the excercises and you can cure phimosis totally. The other problem you may encounter after this is a short frenlum, I did. The frenlum is the piece of 'string' like skin that attaches the foreskin to the penis head....this can also be stretched to by taking a hold of it and pulling forward.

Now the best place to do these excercises I found was in a bath...I usually took showers but started taking baths every night. Just sit in the bath for half an hour stretching...it will work.

When you get to a stage of retraction remember to retract it at every possibility to get the skin used to going back and forth...ie: when using the toilet, use your imagination.

You will find the penis to be really sensitive but the more it's exposed to air the less sensitive it becomes. You'll probably blow your load during a blowjob within 60 seconds to start with like me...lol, I tend to be able to last a few mins now ;)
