FRENULOPLASTY IN 2 WEEKS....HELP

Hello all,

I'm am to undergo a frenuloplasty in 2 weeks or so, but yet i am still slightly confused on what is done.

Can anyone describe in great detail how this procedure is preformed?
Or wherther they can suggest a different operation to undergo? (streching for 4 months has failed)
