Kenalog Orabase

Hi,

I cannot retract my foreskin past the head, and if it does it hurts and will not come back unless a lot of force is used. I have read a lot of articles and got my handson some Kenalog in Orabase (Triamcinolone acetonide 1mg/g in emollient dental paste). Is this the right stuff and can l use it say twice daily to fix my problem?
