I have read a lot of articles and got my handson some Kenalog in Orabase (Triamcinolone acetonide 1mg/g in emollient dental paste). Is this the right stuff and can l use it say twice daily to fix my problem?

While lurking elsewhere I found the following information from someone whose wealth of information, to the point of being agonizing overload at times, strongly suggest he is an MD:

"Actually, as it turns out, "Kenalog®" (Triamcinolone acetonide) *is* in fact, very similar to betamethasone (valerate or dipropionate), and might be expected to be just as effective at the 0.1% concentration.

Since the "Orabase®" preparation is intended for use in the mouth, it is not unlikely that it would be particularly appropriate for use on the foreskin (tip) also."

He used to be a regular here and I remember reading his recommendations on applying the ointment in a very thin smear at the places that are tight. With a topical application (smeaqred rather than taken internally) the only part that does any good is the part in contact with the skin - excess is just waste.

And don't neglect stretching - that tells your skin how you want it to grow. Erections will do a good bit of the stretching, but your results will be quicker and more satisfactory with specific stretching exercises.
