Why don't you try stretching first. Many doctors don't believe this is possible but there have been many successful results here and elsewhere.

I have been advised by consultant to have full circ but have read about partial circ on interent. Can anyone explain what the finished article looks like on the partial circ, cannot find info for this. I am interested in what they do and what it looks like afterwards? Trying to decide on full or partial?
