interesting question... but i've never had sex before. and frakly, if you ask me, i don't know whether that's a good thing or a bad thing. now that i'm more aware of my situation, i think its better i wait for sometime (until i can strech quite comfortably and my glans is less "ouchy") before i attempt sex :). but no, i've not experienced any pain while mastrubating or retracting my foreskin. infact even yesterday when my foreskin was fully back (and stubborn), there wasn't any pain.
btw, here's an update :
today in the shower, i was considerably more careful while retracting my foreksin, after yesterday's incident . i made sure at each step that the foreskin was not streched so much tat it wouldn't be able to return to its destination. i cleaned my glans more, removing more deposits. i also noticed that the build up of smegma had caused some kind of scarring - which is now visible since i've removed the smegma. actually i can't exactly call it scartring, but its just the portion of the glans which was lying under smegma (for all thee years) is a little darker (pinker) than the surrounding area. it feels much cleaner now, after all that cleaning, although there's still work to do.
one thing i've realised is that there is no point rushing things. we must remember that the foreskin is infac skin and NOT rubber. so my advice is that GO SLOW, strech a little bit every day, checking at each point that the foreskin is indeed able to return.
