and then imagine my horror and panic, when i found that my foreskin wouldn't return to its normal state ! yes, i was panicked and various options raced across my mind - ranging from calling 911 to going to the internet (directly from the shower ;)) and checking what the solution for "paraphimosis" was !

One of the tricks to get the foreskin to return over the glans is to gently but very firmly squeeze the glans causing it to get quite bit smaller. The foreskin will then return over the glans with much less difficulty.
