Great, congratulations. There is, of course, no reason you cannot do a bit more stretching to get that full mobility. Even if you don't make an actual effort at it, the pulling it will get during sex, masturbation, and pulling the foreskin back to pee or rinse (clean water is all that is needed or advised for cleaning the darker pink areas) will continue to cause slower growth until such activities do not produce substantial tension.
