stretching?

Hi, i've just come to terms with the fact i have phimosis. I've noticed a few people here who've mamaged to beat the problem with 'stretching'. I've scoured this MB and the internet in general, but i can't seem to find proper instructions in how to go about it.
Can anyone help.

And its so nice to find such a group people who're willing to talk about it, if only someone had done the same when i was a teen.
