hmmm... some really nice points have been made by will. in my case, although i don't have phimosis, i had a phimosis-like situation all these years i.e foreskin was tight and would never go back in either state.

if you read my last few posts, you will appreciate the amount of progress i was able to make in 3 weeks :) in fact when i started streching, i imagined it would take months before i am able to retract when erect, but it turned out that 3 weeks was enough !

so, be patient and keep at it ! i am strongly against circumcision - infact any kind of body mutilation (yes, it is mutilation, isn't it ?). infact if i hadn't come across this site and forum, i would probably have spent a lifetime covered. i don't think it would have made a serious difference to my sex life (yes sensitivity would have been reduced but i am used to that since i have always mastrubated with the foreskin covering the glans).

but i realised that if you're able to retract behind the glans, that allows you to keep the region clean of smegma and this is very important.
