>What can I do about this problem?That tight bit of skin is the frenulum. There are a couple of surgical options that can relieve the problem (don't worry, circumcision is not neccessary). Some people say you can stretch the frenulum, but off the top of my head, I don't recall any people saying that have been successful with this.
