Almost a week since the op!

Heya, just found this place! Well I had a circumcision on monday past, a partical one, basically for health reasons. I had a very long foreskin and the urologist took off as little as he needed to to allow full movement of the foreskin.

Almost a week on and I still have considerable bruising, so much so that I need to move the foreskin to urinate which can be very painful. From tentative poking about I'm presuming most of the pain is coming from the 'ring' where the stitches are. I can't actually see them as they appear to be below the foreskin but I understand my discomfort may be more than usual because I have been left with so much skin.

I'm hoping that the next week will see the swelling subside so I can start to retract the foreskin and clean properly for the first time ever!
