Thanks for the advice.....I was going to leave the bandage on at least another day but on the night of the second day, the bandage was looking a bit unhygenic so I thought it was better that it come off - i.e. the swelling in my penis had gone down and so the head was no longer very near the top of the bandage. Because of this the bandage had become a little soaked with urine and had almost closed over - there was also a little bit of blood as well. The bath was mostly pleasant, but unfortunately my penis totally shrivelled up and so the remaining skin kind of turned inwards (so i couldn't see the scar), meaning that the last part of the bandage was kind of stuck....it REALLY hurt to get it off, this was one of the more unpleasant experiences of my life!!...anyway, forgot to take the painkillers last night (second night) but I wasn't in any pain and didn't get any painful erections. There is still swelling around the scar and the underside where the frenulum was removed doesn't look to flash, but I know it's very early days....it actually looks better than I expected at this stage. The glans is painfully sensitive though, I am walking very gingerly!!....I look forward to when that passes!
