i am 17 and have phimosis i can not retract my foreskin i have tried to use the .5% steroid cream it didn't work. I am going to get a circ my GP hasn' told me what type it if going to be i was wondering if it would be possible if i could get a partial circ as opposed to a full cric would it be possible
