You're inventing a problem that hasn't even happened. Lots of boys and men function their entire lives with a foreskin which doesn't retract.

Since you say it's your girl friend you're worried about, the first order of business is to use a condom. Leave your foreskin alone, and roll the condom on over your penis, foreskin forward. Then, just like anyone else, whether cut or intact, phimosis or not, use a latex safe lubricant on the condom and your willy will slip in and out of your girl friend just like it's supposed to.

For that time when it's safe to not use a condom, and if you're still not able to skin yourself, then apply some lube to your foreskin covered penis just like all the cut lads in America have to do to have sex. It will work just fine.

I'm sure you already know how to wank yourself, so you know having a tight foireskin doesn't impead you having a toss. Life has enough problems without you getting your kit in a knot for nothing.
