Since circumcision is not the natural state of the foreskin, then it's not going to become a fully circumcised penis. It'll just be a partial (in that you retain more foreskin than you would with a full circ).

I had a partial circumcision a few years and it didn't become a full circ.

I can't imagine that there would be too much difference between full and parital circ when it comes to recovery.
