If you remove skin past a certain point (less than half of head covered), you'll find you head fully exposed much of the time, especially is wearing loose underwear. Once hard, most partial circs do look like a full circ, except the skin isn't so tight and can still be moved up plenty.

easiest: a low circumcision (removing all of innerforeskin).
medium: regular circumcision
worse: partial circumcision.The difference between a low and regular circ is that in the low circ, there is much less swelling.
The issue with a partial circumcision is that you may get phimosis during the healing period as the scar heals over the glans until it regains sifficient elasticity to be retracted easily. This may last a month or two. You can greatly reduce this by leaving remaining foreskin retrcated as much as possible during the first month or two.
However, none of these represent anty real serious problems. The swelling is usually only about one week long.
