Stretching

I think my frenulum is a little short because when I pull back the foreskin it wont go very far. It's not because the foreskin is too tight, i'm sure of it.

My penis is about 6 inches long and the frenulum is about a 10 millimeters long.

I was wondering if there were any stretches that would somehow lengthen the frenulum or at least loosen it up a little.
