Wow, thanks for the prompt replies, guys!
I am going to try and see my docotor on Monday and get him to examine me and also give me some more details/instructions about post-op care.
R.e. The Dressing: As I mentioned, my penis wasn't wrapped up or anything, they just covered my groin with some gauze (the gauze had a lubricated pad that rested against the penis so nothing stuck and also to catch any blood). So in a way, since the op my penis has been "hanging free" really. Also, I have quite a lot of dried blood and smears (especially on the underside where the swelling is and on my testicles which the underside of my penis has been resing against) and I'm quite eager to get this cleaned off. So since the dressing isn't really doing anything, the wound has stopped bleeding and I'm not really in much pain I assumed it would be ok to have a bath, let my penis hang free tomorrow and then see the doctor and see whether he recommends more dressing or not.
What do you think?
