Hey andrew, Im glad there is another twin out there that has the same problem I have.To address your question:
In a flaccid mode, I can retract the skin about 3/4 of the way down the head. But that is forcing it. Once, after a bike ride on a cold day, I came back home and managed to pull the skin over the head, and keep it there for hours, but rolled it bac because it was getting to tight. I have allot of excess skin on my penis, so when I stoke it I really only move the skin and not the actual penis. When I stroke the skin downwards at a very fast and hard pace while in an errect postion, it doesnt hurt at all and about 1 cm of head is revealed. This is with no lub or anything. I had never had any problem mastrubating this way.
