There was or is a Yahoo group non retractable foreskins, their main focus was to suggest that all can be fine without retraction. Most would dispute that it is ideal though! There is a documented case of a man loosing the entire glans section of his penis and still capable of orgasms. And surgeons remove the prostate which does a lot of the pumping action and much of the volume of the ejaculate, and the patients generally retain abilty to have an orgadm of sorts (dry). Point is that the sex drive is strongly ingrained to insure reproduction- so you probably can have orgasms.

There is a probability that different people have slightly different areas which are the most likely to culminate in orgasm. This may be a physical variation or it may well be influenced by type of stimulus habitually used becoming what pulls the trigger.

Part of what I'm getting at is you have to try different things. With a foreskin that moves freely the motion of the circle of foreskin back and forth over the coronal ridge and moving the skin are on the underside generally *has to* result in an orgasm. The down pressure on the coronal edge and the flexing
transmits to sensors underlying that and the sulcus area. You may get good results from pressure and moving the skin near that area and underneath the head.

If I remember correctly to my pre circ days, there was a tendency for the thin skin part of the foreskin near the tip to be ticklish. If you can get a finger between the glans and foreskin (providing the glans is not too hypersensitive from lack of exposure) you should explore that and as I suggested, use some pressure besides other motion.

You might consider whether some health issue may contribute to your problem. There are enough estrogenic substance around that can overwelm Testosterone balance, and even some steroid and hormone "body building" regimens can result in high estrogen levels.

I would also say that circumcision could be considered as it certainly exposes the areas that need to be stimulated. Many that have been circumcised as adults, including myself will attest that sex was improved by reducing the "insulating capacity" of the foreskin.
