You seem to be in a similiar situation to me. I had a circ done last thurs and my penis is black and blue, especially around the underside, running from glad to base. I had a basic bandage after the op and the doc told me to remove it in the bath on day 2 if it didn't fall off. Mine fell off during the first night. I replaced it with a fresh bandage, which then fell off about 6 hours later. I've been replacing these twice a day on average. At least it keeps them clean. The first one was covered in blood and after that urine was a problem.

I had a long shower on day 2 and that cleaned off all the blood, which made it look a lot cleaner. I still looks like a war zone down their though. My penis is really swollen and multi-coloured. I've been having a shower everyday since then to keep it clean.

The area is very sensitive even with bandage. Tight pants help but when the penis catches my leg ouchy.
