No, a circumcision is a drastic and irreversible step. You should have learned by now that the foreskin itself contributes a nice amount of pleasurable feelings. Many people also believe it serves to protect the glans from various things, including protection from clothes' abrasion. It sounds like your foreskin is already very nearly large enough for full mobility. All you need to do is stretching exercises to help it grow a little wider. Put a finger of each hand in side it and pull outward - keep it taut, not painful - then hold that for a few minutes several times a day. As far progressed as you already are, you will have full mobility within a few weeks, no more than a matter of a coupld months (unless you have an infaction, which needs to be treated by a non-surgeon doctor to allow the stretching and growth to be permanent).
