I'm not all that knowledgable about BXO. From what I gather, the foreskin prolongs the condition. If that is the case then I could see how skinning back might possibily be helpful in relieving the symptoms, especially when done alongside other treatments. I'm not sure how an individual could achieve permenant "skinning back", but if it is possible to do so, then those skinning back sites/groups would probably have details on how.
