Post op questions

I had a partial circ about 5 weeks ago now as I posted at the time. Have one or two questions you may be able to help with.

When the doc had finished the operation, he could retract my skin fully (obviously he had to test things out!). Since then though I have been unable to, the ring of skin thats left just won't open enough to allow this. I'm guessing that this is due to prolonged swelling but any ideas when I can expect swelling to cease? Even slight swelling around the 'cut' is going to make things tight and I don't want to force the issue!

The other thing is 'adhesions'. One particular part is sticking to the glans quite a bit. I can generally poke at it long enough to get it unstuck but is there any reason for this? Should I be worried?
