Sorry, but I doubt swelling is the problem. The bulk of the swelling is gone in the first couple of weeks. Between the fourth and sixth weeks of recovery, you can reasonably expect the results to be as they are.

I'm a little unsure about the adhesions. Did you have them before surgery or only after?
