post op question

I just recently had a full circ(5 days ago). Everything seems like who the doc had described except the extreme sensitiveness of the glans... theres nothing about this on my post op care guide. I can barely sleep at night, and cant really move much with pants on. Is this normal? How long would this last? Am I suppose to use any kind of treatment?
