This is extremely normal and is to be expected if your glans was never really exposed much before the operation. Mine was really bad for the first week, I still couldn't walk very well on the second, but at the beginning of the third week I had a massive improvement in this regard. Now I am at exactly a month since the op and I am walking freely with almost no discomfort (just the occasional bump here and there that must be a still tender spot). It'll pass soon enough.
