Many thanks to all for the help and advice - given that I have say 6-10 months to wait for any surgery on UK waiting lists, I will try skining back (in fact already started) whilst I am waiting - its easier to cancel an Op than to have to wait another 6-10 months?! Thanks Ivan - as you rightly say, if skinning back doesnt shift the BXO then a Circ wont either - makes perfectly good sense! What this wont resolve is the Phimosis - this I guess I can live with as I can retract, however, the phimosis tightness causes great sorenes during and after sex, so any advice with that would also be appreciated. Having tried skinning back, I have found that the expected sensitivity quite uncomfortable, but nothing I havent already been warned about on dozens of threads here. I really dont want to lose my foreskin, but efter so many years of discomfort, I would really like to have a pain free and normal looking Penis again.
