It's your decision, but I doubt your high school friends would care about your foreskin. (Though some of them might think it's really pretty cool.)
And soon you'll be in college and out in the larger world, where foreskins are pretty common and even considered by many women to be pretty neat.
Concentrate on your grades and having fun! (And believe me, surgery isn't...)
