result, the only thing is that i have large lips (urinary meatus) at the end of the glans and they tend to stick to my underpants sometimes causing discomfort,

Has your meatus always been big or did it grow after circumcision ?

Have you tried changing laundry detergent, using different fabric softener ? Have you tried different type of underpants ?
