Just had a partial Circ. some q's

I had my partial circ on the 23rd of december, its now been about 2 1/2 weeks later.

Is it normal to still have some pain (the odd one every few days)?
Is the frellum(sp?) normally snipped during a partial circ, im not sure because i've never seen one intact?
I sometimes get a tiny amount of white discharge where i think the frellum was snipped, is that normal? (BTW I am washing this on a daily basis)
There is still a small piece of skin sticking out where the cut was made and joined the two pieces of skin together that hasn't been sewn down :/, has anyone had this done before.

I'm going to my GP about these soon but would like to know off the folks here.
