Sometime it is, sometimes it isn't.

As you are seeing your doctor, I'd save that for him. I doubt it's anything bad, but if it's an infection you'll need some pills to clear it up.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. From my own experience with a partial circ, I do know it looks pretty bizarre initially. It may be a case that it's a bit early to say. Again, though, bring it up with your doctor.
