Are you able to fully retract the remaining foreksin when soft and hard without any tightness ? For partial circs, getting mild phimosis due to scar is pretty common during first couple of months, especially after long excercise (sweat in underpants).
Are your stitches all out ?
>Is the frellum(sp?) normally snipped during a partial circ,In a partial circumcision, since the goal is to remove the least amount of skin, the frenulum is generally kept unless the doctor found the frenulum to be a problem as well. Sometimes, it may not be possible if you had a totally unretractable 4skin, decision on frenulum may not be possible until after the circ.

Or it could be smegma.
(BTW I am washing this on a daily basis)
You shoudl try to leave your remaining foreskin retracted as much as possible during the first couple of months. (Or retract it as often as possible).
