Phimosis

Hi

I am 25 years old and think I have parital phimosis. I didnt pay attention at first, I think it may have started a few years ago when I was having very regular sex with my girlfriend (who I am still with).

I have a white ring (which is sometimes dryer than othertimes) and is prone to occasional small cuts. Recently it has become tighter and causes discomfort when I retract the foreskin while erect.

I have always kept myself clean so I dont think it is balanitis. Now where it is harder to retract it is harder to clean and recently there has been patches of red on the head.

I have also had a problem with urinating a little to frequently (not a major problem) and when the doctors investigated they found nothing.

What are you recommendations? Cream? I am thinking of going to the doctor, but it might be problematic as I live abroad in a non English speaking country.
