Unless the foreskin is retracted before I get an erection I cannot retract it once erect. I get the hour glass effect when it is retracted and I have an erection.
There has been a ring for several years and I think it has gradually become tighter, I read this can be from when it gets cuts and the scar tissue makes it tighter.
I think that maybe I currently have a yeast infection so I will try and clear that up. Also thank you for the pointers on the hygiene front.
