Circumcision opens the door to new sensations?

I wonder if somebody’s glans is so sensitive that it can only receive stimulation either through the foreskin (in masturbation) or during intercourse inside the vagina, I wonder if circumcision can help.

My glans for example is so sensitive that even oral sex is somewhat uncomfortable…Also I can’t even put a condom because of that.
When I was advised to be circumcised I said strictly no! But now I’m thinking again if getting a partial circ will give me what I’ve been missing.

PS. If I have 2 cm. (a little less than an inch) of foreskin cut I will still have my glans completely covered when flaccid.
