Well, I have a doctor who would do it exactly as I want it. He would hand write with big letters in my medical file my request and he would follow it during the surgery. Otherwise if I leave it up to him he'd do a full circumcision which I don't want. I am aiming for a partial at most (like 2/3 of an inch, if that is what partial cut is).
I know about the technique of retracting the foreskin permanently and keeping it that way. I got from you post that you've tried it although you state you are circumcised? Or maybe I got it wrong. In any case I haven't tried that, but I have doubts that I am either gonna have to hold my foreskin retracted in one way or another forever, or things will get back to how they are now once I stop. I'm still not decided to a partial cut though it's good to hear that results are pleasing given that it comes from someone who is circumcised (and therefore should know).
