erection

i was wondering... when i get an erection, is my foreskin supposed to slide back automatically? see i have quite a bit of foreskin (i think more than normal, but i would'nt know) and it doesent slde back by itself... my foreskin is a bit tight and my frenulum is tight also (hurts when erect and skin is pulled back).
