>i was wondering... when i get an erection, is my foreskin supposed to slide back automatically? see i have quite a bit of foreskin (i think more than normal, but i would'nt know) and it doesent slde back by itself... my foreskin is a bit tight and my frenulum is tight also (hurts when erect and skin is pulled back).

Well, it sounds like you don't have any trouble retracting your foreskin when you want to. That's proper. The fact that you have an extra-long foreskin means that yours is not forced to retract by the growth of your erection. That too is fine - you can retract when you need to. No doubt when you penetrate a vagina, it will or does retract to allow all the advantages of sensitivity, stimulation and lubrication (providing your own and retaining female moisture) which being intact provides. It sounds though that your frenulum is a bit short, in that it bothers you. It probably has not been made to stretch because you have had so much foreskin (by the way I say 'lucky dog' to you about that - I consider a long foreskin to be quite the advantage). The thing to do is regulrly stretch it yourself. Just as your skin grows as you add fat or muscle because the flesh underneath the skin is telling it that it needs to, regular stretching by hand (or device)will cause the frenulum and/or the foreskin to grow. Just grab the foreskin near the end of the frenulum and pull outward from the body so that it is taut but not painful; hold it for as long as seems reasonable. You can give pulls like that every time you go to the bathroom, when you're in bed, in the tub or shower, or during sexual times (solo or otherwise). It will take a month, or maybe even two or three. It's a gradual process, just like bodybuilding, but it works dependably. You can find many other descriptions of stretching programs on these pages - just make sure you focus on the ones for the frenulum, not the rest of the foreskin - unless of course you want to have even more foreskin, which makes perfect sense to me.
