new foreskin

hi all
i posted many months ago, so you may or may not remember me. it looks like i have my foreskin at a pretty good length(using a device), although it is not the length i would like, i would like it to be longer. well the skin right now wont even stay in place, so i might need the frenulum(i think that is how it is spelled)stitched back in place. any advice on how to get the foreskin longer or where to get the stitching done would be appreciated. thanks...
