>i posted many months ago, so you may or may not remember me. it looks like i have my foreskin at a pretty good length(using a device), although it is not the length i would like, i would like it to be longer. well the skin right now wont even stay in place, so i might need the frenulum(i think that is how it is spelled)stitched back in place. any advice on how to get the foreskin longer or where to get the stitching done would be appreciated. thanks...
Congratulations - it's good to hear such a success story. As for your situation, growing it longer may be your best bet. There are two body parts that help to maintain cover - the frenulum and the frenar band. You seem to understand the frenulum. The frenar band is a springy ring at or near the tip of the intact foreskin - think of a drawstring bag with elastic in place of the drawstring. To my knowledge there is no way to make a facsimile of the frenar band. I can sort of imagine having a surgically re-created frenulum, but I have never heard of it being done - perhaps the upper edge of your new foreskin could be attached to the underside of your glans. I would think that the day-to-day stresses of use would cause it to take on the form of the original equipment, since it would be subject to the same usage. I would suggest getting in touch with NORM to find a sympathetic and creative surgeon.
