There's no need. Of course, i wouldn't even recommend it if you couldn't currently retract, but you can. You have excellent mobility from your description and this is a big aid in sex. Of course, you must have discovered by now that the mobility of the foreskin allows you to masturbate without using the lube that cut guys usually do. Also in vaginal intercourse, the foreskin pushes down the shaft and forms a sort of baffle or plug to hold in the moisture that will make it possible for both of you to go on as long as you want. You would lose a lot of that with even a partial circ. You would also lose a lot of the sensitivity of the foreskin.
