wear tighter fitting underwear. It will greatly reduce the rubbing of head.
In terms of "little bleeding", just loosely wrap some toilet paper around your member before placing it in underwear. It will contain any slight bleeding.

Give it a couple of weeks before all of the swelling is gone and your skin becomes itsefl again. Right now, ytou are actually better to leave it bunched behind head since the scar will heal bette (and wider, no risk of secondary phimosis this way).
