Is this an infection??

Checked the stitches today before having a shower and on the underside of the head...actually on the head there are two white tender areas, tried to clean these off thinking that it was just puss but didnt come off.......what do you suspect this is is it just abrasions from the op???? I know its early days but i just wanna make sure that the healing process goes well...and i dont want any infection. I get a little concerned after going for a wee cause even though you think everything is out it still turns out that some urine dribbles out after....can this be a problem, can this cause infections???
