I'm not sure if u misunderstood my situation, or whether u are pro-circ (which u deny). The only thing keeping my foreskin from retracting while erect is the FRENULUM, the foreskin is SLIGHTLY tight, but it is not painful, the FRENULUM is painful. How can i split forskin if it's slightly tight? frenulum: yes, but i seriously doubt that my forskin would split since i am young and i have all the time i want to strech it IF needed (which i probably wont even need to do).

Now, why should i slice off a piece of forskin that can work properly without the frenulum? I dont know about u, but in 30 years, i want to still be able to feel my dick head, instead of having less sensation like most circed men in their 50s.

Pain area: frenulum
Area disallowing me from retracting: frenulum
Preventing me from having sex: frenulum

Now, y would getting JUST the frenulum removed NOT resolve my problem?

Either u misunderstood my problem (if so, i appologise for all the CAPS), or u are a radical pro-circer with no direction.
