Hi again Jason,
First off, no hard feelings - it's your penis and you can do what you like with it. My advice was offered in the context of having read many postings like yours. Many guys seem to devote years trying to overcoming problems with phimosis and frenulum breve (the technical term for what you have) with little success. Frenulum breve is often accompanied by phimosis - mild or severe. As someone with a lateral thinking mind (not a pro-circer with no direction LOL) I offered advice that would address all of your issues, not just the one on which you want to focus for the time being. In many cases, stretching can be a lifelong pursuit as the minute you stop it the tightness returns.
You seemed to have changed the goal posts from your original message which I will quote again - "i am able to retract the forskin while flacid, but defenitely not while erect. I have retracted it while erect once, but it was quite painful....." Your words - not mine.
Now you are saying, "only thing keeping my foreskin from retracting while erect is the FRENULUM, the foreskin is SLIGHTLY tight, but it is not painful...."Well, my advice was based on the ORIGINAL information you supplied and as far as I know, there is NO way of having sex with a flaccid penis! Unquestionably, the glans is meant to be stimulated directly during sex. The condition you describe would seem to make that uncomfortable, but again that's your choice.
For the record, I have NOTHING against a PROPERLY FUNCTIONING FORESKIN. If one has 20/20 vision, one does not need spectacles. But if you are shortsighted, the sooner you get some specs the sooner the quality of your life improves.
All the best.
