Partial Circ...........recovery tips anyone? Marijuana as a pain killer?

I am to undergo a partial circ for pinhole phimosis + frenulum breve. Are there any thing i should be aware of during my recovery stage?

1) Over the stiches, should i keep it lubricated with somthing like vaseline? And other ointments?

2)What about pain killers? Will the doc prescribe me some tylenol 3's of somthing?

Now i know this seems kinda out there, but i like weed (BC canadian Bud). Marijuana is known to have some anestetic properties to it's active chemical (THC). Now what if i smoked some for 3 days after the OP, in controlled dosed, decreasing the does as the days go by. Would this be completely stupid? Or will this have some type of spiritual sedating properties to it? All opinions are welcome (stoner or not)

3) What about the stiches? when is it safe to take them out?

4) How soon should i have a follow up appointment with the docs? when is too early and when is too late?

5) Someone mentioned something about salt water baths. What does this do?
